Who We Are:

Firehouse Foods was created by Don and Garrett Mathews. As a father and son owned company we set out to find a way to help not only  the probie firefighters, but the seasoned firefighters. During Garrett’s probie year it became evident mealtime is where we can do something that could benefit the firefighter. 

Next we set out to create seasonings and sauces that aren’t just great tasting but made from fresh and quality products. We created our first seasoning and called it “The Probie”, because being a probie is hard enough we wanted to create something that was simple, yet tasty, something that even the probie can’t mess up.

Because a firehouse is a diverse group of men and women we couldn’t just have the one. We created the “The Steak” seasoning, “The Buffalo” seasoning and “The Wick’d Cinnamon and Sugar” for their toast at breakfast. We have also created a line of hot sauces that we will be releasing in 2026.

Providing quality seasonings and hot sauces is just the beginning of our mission to support firefighters. Firefighters put their lives on the line everyday and we want to give back to them. That is why FHF pledges to donate five percent of our profits.
